Refund policy
Regal Parade does NOT offer refunds, however, we do offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to submit a request for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free from scents, deodorants, stains and signs of wear.
The following items are NOT eligible for return
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
To start a return, you must contact us at cs@regalparadecollection.com. If your item(s) are eligible for return, we will confirm with you the address to which your item(s) must be returned. Contact must be made prior to returning your item.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and finalized.
All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Clearance items, discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Body suits and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer return shipping labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
